Depending on what you do on the site, you may provide or we may process:

• Name, email, and phone at checkout
• Shipping and billing address details at checkout
• Account details if you register or sign in (including Google sign-in where offered)
• Contact form fields — name, email, optional phone and order number, subject, and message
• Order and payment status tied to your purchases

We use this information to:

• Create, fulfil, and support your orders
• Process payment through our payment provider
• Run guest checkout and signed-in shopping
• Respond when you contact support
• Send newsletter emails if you subscribe via the footer form
• Protect checkout from abuse where security checks are enabled

Your shopping cart is kept in memory for your current visit and is not saved as a long-term cart in your browser.

We may store a guest reference and your most recent order reference in your browser's local storage to support guest checkout and order follow-up.

Recent product searches may be saved in local storage on your device to show search history in the header.

During checkout payment, some order details may be held in session storage for that browser tab until payment completes.

If you sign in, session cookies managed through our authentication setup help keep you logged in.

We use cookies and similar tools where needed to operate the store — for example, sign-in sessions and, when enabled at checkout, Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts in the storefront code reviewed for this policy.

On the payment step, card and wallet details are collected through a secure payment form operated by our payment service provider for that order.

Where supported for your order and device, you may pay by card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Depending on how your order is processed, that provider may be Airwallex or LianLian Global (LianLian Pay). You do not choose the provider at checkout — we route each order to the active processor configured for the store.

You will not be asked to enter full card numbers in regular 10KSTORE checkout form fields.

We work with service providers that help us run the store, for example:

• Airwallex — payment processing when used for your order
• LianLian Global (LianLian Pay) — payment processing when used for your order
• Google — optional sign-in with Google
• Cloudflare Turnstile — optional checkout security check when enabled

Those providers handle information according to their own services and our instructions where applicable.
