About these Terms
10kstore is an online store for everyday products — including fashion, home, travel, and electronics.
These Terms cover browsing the site, using an account when you have one, placing an order, paying, and shipping. Returns are covered separately on our Returns & Refunds page. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse products, check details, and check out when an item is available.
Please use the site respectfully and for normal shopping. Don't try to break the service, misuse checkout, or access someone else's account or information.
Accounts
You can shop as a guest, or sign in when you'd like to use an account. Where offered, you can sign in with email and password or Google.

Orders
When you finish checkout, we create an order from your cart and the details you entered — including contact, shipping, and billing information as needed. You'll then continue to payment for that order.
If something about an order doesn't look right, reach out with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Pricing
Prices are shown on product pages and again at checkout. This storefront displays amounts in US dollars.
Taxes and any discounts appear in checkout for that order. If a total looks off, contact us with your order details and we'll take a look.
Payment
You'll pay on the payment step for your order. Depending on your device, you may be able to pay by card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Payment is handled through our payment partner. You won't be asked to enter full card numbers in regular 10kstore form fields.
Shipping
At checkout, choose one of the shipping options shown for your order. The delivery estimate and shipping cost you see there apply to that checkout.

Returns and refunds

Acceptable use
Use 10kstore for shopping and genuine support requests. Don't interfere with the website or use checkout in a harmful or fraudulent way.

The 10kstore name, branding, and site content are here for you to shop with us. Please don't copy or reuse them outside normal personal use of the store without permission.
