About these Terms
10KSTORE is an online store for camping and outdoor gear, practical kits, and related accessories for Australian adventures.
These Terms cover browsing the site, using an account when you have one, placing an order, paying, and shipping. Returns are covered separately on our Returns & Refunds page. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse products, check details, and check out when an item is available.
Please use the site respectfully and for normal shopping. Don't try to break the service, misuse checkout, or access someone else's account or information.
Accounts
You can shop as a guest, or sign in when you'd like to use an account. Where offered, you can sign in with email and password or Google.

Orders
When you finish checkout, we create an order from your cart and the details you entered — including contact, shipping, and billing information as needed. You'll then continue to payment for that order.
If something about an order doesn't look right, reach out with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Pricing
Prices are shown on product pages and again at checkout. Amounts on this storefront are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless we clearly show otherwise for a specific order record.
Shipping, discounts, and tax lines appear in checkout for that order. If a total looks off, contact us with your order details and we'll take a look.
Payment
On the payment step, card and wallet details are collected through a secure payment form operated by our payment service provider for that order.
Where supported for your order and device, you may pay by card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
Depending on how your order is processed, that provider may be Airwallex or LianLian Global (LianLian Pay). You do not choose the provider at checkout — we route each order to the active processor configured for the store.
You will not be asked to enter full card numbers in regular 10KSTORE checkout form fields.
Approved refunds are handled by our support and payment operations team; instant automated refunds are not completed inside the storefront checkout.
Shipping
At checkout, choose one of the shipping options shown for your order. The delivery estimate and shipping cost you see there apply to that checkout. See our Shipping Policy for processing, estimates, and multi-package fulfilment.

Australian consumer rights

Acceptable use
Use 10KSTORE for shopping and genuine support requests. Don't interfere with the website or use checkout in a harmful or fraudulent way.
Intellectual property
The 10KSTORE name, branding, and site content are here for you to shop with us. Please don't copy or reuse them outside normal personal use of the store without permission.
